BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PROJECT PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS

What we’re looking for: Short films, feature films, documentaries, animations, TV pilots, web-series pilots. We accept films of any length, genre and language. All films must have English subtitles.

By submitting your film, you agree that Mirabilia International Film Awards uses parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster/stills) for promotional purposes.

No fee waiver, all entry fees are non-refundable without exceptions.

Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker and each entry may be submitted to multiple categories. For each submission it should be specified the categories in which it intends to apply. There will be an entry fee for each category.

Winning categories may vary every bimonthly event, depending on the submissions we receive.

If the films inscribed will not meet the necessary and sufficient technical and quality standards of the Mirabilia International Film Awards, they will not be taken into consideration.
Moreover we do not accept:
1. Amateur videos.
2. Extremist or propaganda content from religious or political organizations.
3. Pornography.
4. Films with a poor production standard (bad sound, video resolution less than 1080p HD).
5. We don’t accept scripts.
6. We don’t accept excerpts/scenes from films: you must submit the entire film.
Any choice of the jury and of the organization of the festival regarding the prizes awarded and not awarded in each category will be unquestionable.

The Competition reserves the right to refuse entries at its own discretion. The Jury can remove a movie from the competition at any time due to a conduct against the law or harmful to the image of the festival. The Categories that will take part to the Annual Editions will be decided by the Jury.

The films inscribed must be the entrant’s original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third Parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all the required copyright permissions regarding music, sound & images etc. presented in their film.

All subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mirabilia International Film Awards from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) to which they may incur by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss or damage of the screening videos entered.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that he is authorized to commit the film for possible screening (private and/or public) and understands and accepts these requirements, rules and regulations.

Mirabilia International Film Awards organizers reserve the right to change, cancel or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or without informing the contestants.

During the show of “Poltronissima” dedicated to the bimonthly edition, will be presented the awarded works, through interviews with the directors, producers and cast of the winning films.
